  • William Greenwood has been a volunteer, call and career firefighter over his 28 years of service. He has been a senior staff Instructor for the New Hampshire Fire Academy, presented at FDIC-International for the past 11 years, is the owner of FETC Services which provides advanced level firefighter training and leadership programs throughout the United States. Billy has also been published in Fire Engineering and Fire Rescue magazines. He retired from the Keene, NH Fire Department after 22 years of service and currently is the Chief of the Fire Department for the Rhode Island TF Green International Airport located in Warwick, Rhode Island.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               
  • William Timmons t.p.i. / c.f.i. / (CAFC) Served 30+ years as Fire Chief (career / volunteer) Westmount Borough, Montreal Quebec, Canada He is presently involved as “Instructor / Management Consultant” specializing in Fire Training and Disaster Management Planning. He teaches and lectures internationally on many subjects ranging from basic firefighting tactics and Officer Leadership. He is a qualified college level Instructor and recognized in Canada and several American States. He has an associate degree in Fire Science Technology and a certificate from the Canadian Fire Marshal’s and Commissioner’s Office on Fire Cause and Determination regarding their arson Investigation program. He served as liaison for the Capital’s NBC Haz-Mat Response Team (Ottawa F.D.) and helped coordinate their response to terrorism program held at the New Hampshire Fire Academy. He was a certified instructor for the firefighter’s pre-entry program with the Algonquin Technical College, Ontario Department of Justice, Canada (Police and Public Safety Training Division.)
    He is an Honorary Life Member of the Canadian (CAFC) Association of Fire Chiefs and a recipient of the Canadian Governor General’s Medal for Exemplary Service. He is an Honorary Member of the Addison County Firefighters Association and the Shelburne Volunteer Fire Department. During his career he has been rewarded with excellent leadership from his peers and much support from those who worked under his command during his career.                                                                                                                   
  • Mike Gallas (Green Mountain Assoc.): is a retired chief of the Mallets Bay Fire Department and he also is the President of Green Mountain Catamount Fire Training.
