KEVIN D. QUINN
Kevin D. Quinn is in his 48th year of experience in the fire service. He retired as a Deputy Chief of the Union Fire District in South Kingstown, RI. Currently serving the National Volunteer Fire Council as the Immediate Past Chairman. Kevin continues to serve on Fire Service National Boards: Currently serving as a Board member of the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF), NVFC Board of Directors, Home Fire Sprinkler Coalition Board member. He just finished his 2nd term as a National Fire Academy Board of Visitor and recently stepped down on the ICC Fire Code Action Committee after 10 years of service. Chief Quinn has served on the National Volunteer Fire Council Board of Directors for 45 years as Director for Rhode Island. He holds a Master of Science in Counseling and Educational Psychology and a Master of Science and Education. Kevin continues to serve his community volunteering with the Union Fire District.
